Anxiety Disorder
Anxiety is a normal feeling that helps a person be conscious and alert in his or her surroundings. It also helps a person anticipate dangerous situations. However, when the anxiety is irrational, chronic, and can affect a person’s functioning, then it becomes a problem. It is common among individuals with anxiety disorders to experience physical responses like palpitations, distorted thoughts, and even fixation on the object of their fears.
Panic attacks and phobias are examples of generalized anxiety disorder. Symptoms include stress, constant worry, trouble concentrating, and restlessness,

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder or ADHD is a chronic condition that causes attention difficulty, above-normal levels of hyperactivity, and impulsiveness. This disorder often begins in childhood and can persist into adulthood. There are three types of this disorder, namely:
Inattentive type
Individuals who have this may have difficulties in concentrating on doing tasks and following instructions. They may also be prone to forgetfulness, losing things, and can be easily distracted.
Hyperactive Type
Among its common signs are talking too much, interrupting others in conversations, and not being able to sit still. For some, they may climb, jump, and run when it is inappropriate.
Combined Type
They experience some of the symptoms of both the aforementioned types.

Insomnia
Insomnia is a sleep disorder that can be caused by various factors. A person experiencing this may have trouble falling and/or maintaining sleep. The lack of sleep may cause a person to feel fatigued and sleepy in the daytime, be irritable, have difficulties in concentration, and experience chronic problems. To determine the cause and possible treatments of insomnia, specialists evaluate their sleep history. Then, they will also find out their clients’ triggers and possible routine and lifestyle changes that will promote better quality sleep.

PTSD
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder or PTSD is a disorder that can develop after a person has experienced or witnessed a traumatic or terrifying event such as a sexual or physical assault, an accident, a death of a loved one, war, or natural disaster.
People with PTSD have difficulty recovering from traumatic events. The condition may last months or years, with triggers that can bring back memories of the trauma along with intense emotional and physical reactions.
Symptoms may include nightmares or unwanted memories of the trauma, anxiety, depression, and more.
Treatment includes trauma-focused psychotherapy and medications to manage symptoms.
OCD
OCD or Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder is characterized by excessive thoughts or unreasonable thoughts and fears (obsessions) that lead to repetitive behaviors (compulsions) of specific things, and not just for cleaning. Obsessions are often distressing thoughts that will not just go away and makes a person fixated on doing something to stop the worries. Compulsions are behavior that a person does repeatedly to relieve anxiety. This fixation on relieving anxiety can disrupt a person’s life and relationships.
Eating Disorders
An eating disorders are conditions that causes people to obsess about diet and weight. They can negatively impact your health, emotions, and daily living.
Anorexia is characterized by a distorted body image, with an unwarranted fear of being overweight. Symptoms include trying to maintain a below-normal weight through starvation or too much exercise.
People with Bulimia Nervosa binge eat, or frequently consume unusually large amounts of food in one sitting followed by purging (vomiting) in an attempt to avoid weight gain. They could also excessively exercise or fast.
Treatments include counseling, medications, and nutrition education. Medical treatment may be needed to restore normal weight
